PrimeHelpNetwork is a private consumer marketing and lead-generation service. We connect consumers in the United States with independent, third-party, licensed professionals and companies ("Partners") across categories including legal, insurance, health and wellness, home services, solar and energy, real estate, debt and credit, tax, and related industries.
We are NOT a law firm, lawyer referral service, attorney, insurance company, insurance agent, health care provider, contractor, financial advisor, mortgage broker, real estate broker, debt-relief provider, or government agency. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, insurance, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site constitutes such advice.
3. 3. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you (a) are at least 18 years of age, (b) are a resident of the United States or its territories, (c) have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and (d) are submitting your own true, accurate, and current information about yourself. You may not submit information about any third party without their express written consent.
4. 4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:

All Partners are independent businesses or licensed professionals operating under their own state, federal, and professional licenses and ethical rules. PrimeHelpNetwork does not employ, supervise, control, or endorse any Partner. We are not a party to, and assume no liability for, any agreement, communication, service, fee, settlement, quote, transaction, or outcome arising between you and any Partner. Any disputes with a Partner must be resolved directly with that Partner.
6. 6. Marketing Consent (TCPA / SMS / Email)
By submitting any request form, you provide your prior express written consent to be contacted by PrimeHelpNetwork and one or more Partners by telephone (including via automatic telephone dialing systems and pre-recorded or artificial voice messages), SMS/MMS text message, and email at the phone number and email address you provide, even if those numbers are on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. You may revoke consent at any time as described in our TCPA Disclosure.
7. 7. No Professional Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship
Content on the Site, including blog articles, FAQs, settlement calculators, savings estimators, and Partner profiles, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, insurance, or tax advice from a licensed professional. Submission of a request through the Site does NOT create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship with PrimeHelpNetwork or any Partner.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PRIMEHELPNETWORK, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY INTERACTION WITH A PARTNER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so portions may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrimeHelpNetwork and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and Partners from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) any information you submit, or (d) your interactions with any Partner.
15. 15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice or cause. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination (e.g., IP, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive.
16. 16. Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
17. 17. Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any interaction with a Partner shall be resolved exclusively by final, binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator in Wilmington, Delaware (or, at your option, by telephone or videoconference). YOU AND PRIMEHELPNETWORK EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Small-claims court actions are excluded from this section. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice through our contact form.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or notified by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
